Grief Support…For the loss of a loved one. Presented by: Community Care Durham, in partnership with: Durham Hospice Services
Highlights of this group include:
• Open and on-going support
• Open to individuals at any stage of the grieving process, regardless of how much time has passed since the loss of your loved one.
• Available to adults 18 and over who are experiencing grief issues surrounding a death
• Beginning on Tuesday September 29, 2009
