Vogue Optical began with one store on the corner of
Brackley Point Road and Belvedere Avenue in Charlottetown, PEI in 1979.
Originally called Gray's Optical, our initial vision was to offer a
unique combination of quality eyewear, professional service and
unbeatable value. From that modest beginning, Vogue Optical,
with our unbeatable Second Pair Free Policy, has expanded to
more than 50 locations across Canada.
We attribute our success to an excellent staff, loyal customers and great product and prices. We believe in our product and service and offer simple, hassle free policies. After more than 25 years in the business, we continue to provide our customers with terrific value and service.
Eyeglasses:
When you purchase one complete pair of prescription eyeglasses (frame and lenses), you will receive a second pair of equal or lesser value FREE. The second pair can be a different prescription, a different frame, or even for a different person. The second pair must be chosen within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Contact Lenses:
When you purchase a complete pair of eyeglasses, you can receive a credit towards disposable or daily wear contact lenses as a second pair option. When you purchase disposable or daily wear contacts, you can receive a credit towards eye glasses. Customers who are unable to adapt to contact lenses will receive a credit toward eyeglasses, less a fitting fee on specialized lenses.
Lens and Frame Guarantees:
All lenses used by Vogue Optical are 1st quality and are inspected to Canadian Standards. All lenses are guaranteed against breakage for one year and all frames are unconditionally guaranteed for two full years from the original date of purchase.
Certain Conditions Apply:
Contract agreements, certain specialized lens types, and coatings may not be included in our second pair free policy. Our staff will be happy to explain our policies to you.
